CE N’ÉTAIT PAS LA PLUIE
On the morning of November 5, 2018, I learned of the collapse of three buildings in the heart of downtown Marseille, 63, 65, and 67 rue d'Aubagne.
There are 8 victims. The tension is palpable in my city. I have to talk about it with its inhabitants to better understand what is going on. A work of investigation begins.
